Pastor Thomas Southwell

Born on the Caribbean Island of Antigua, Barbuda Pastor Thomas Southwell was inspired and influenced for leadership by his parents and various mentors who made an impact in his life. He is a graduate of Erwin Technical Institute in Tampa, Florida where he earned a degree in Commercial Arts & Design. He also earned a Master Pastor Certification in 2003 from Without Walls International Church. Pastor Tom and his wife Ananya were ordained in 2007 in Seffner, Florida. Pastor Tom’s assignment is to strengthen families, especially husbands and fathers with the Word of God. Pastor Tom and Pastor Ananya have been married for 14 years and have one son, David.

Pastor Ananya Southwell

Pastor Ananya Southwell was born in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from the University of South Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications. She also received her Master’s Degree in Theology from Kingdom Life University in 2017. In addition to Co-Pastoring, Pastor Ananya is Business Technology Teacher in Hillsborough County.

Ananya met her husband, Pastor Tom, while attending a Young Adults Ministry in Tampa in 2001. They were married in September 2007 and gave birth to their son David in 2009. Together Ananya and Thomas started Family Life Ministries in their home in May 2018. Pastor Ananya is a mentor to young ladies and is passionate about helping them to discover their identity in Christ. She is also a godly role model for wives and mothers.

We are passionate about creating a church family that fosters authentic Christ-centered relationships and biblical teaching that truly inspires all members of the family unit to carry the light and love of Jesus into the world. Our ministry seeks to come alongside parents to support them in raising children of faith on every step of the journey. FLM has a global mandate to strengthen families and to help them align their homes with the will of God so the blessings of God may be experienced individually and collectively.
